Terms of Service

Meetrays is a scheduling product that lets you create bookable links, connect calendars, and accept bookings from third parties. Features available on your account are listed at /pricing.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not use Meetrays for any illegal purpose, to harass others, to send unsolicited bulk messages, or to circumvent technical limitations of the service.

The hosted Meetrays service is billed every 6 months at the price listed on /pricing at the time of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled.

You can cancel anytime from Settings. Cancelation stops future renewals; the current period continues to its natural end. We offer a full refund within 30 days of your first paid period — write to us and we'll process it.

You may not (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source of the hosted service; (b) use the service to spam, phish, or mislead third parties; (c) abuse rate limits or attempt to overwhelm the service.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules, following reasonable notice except in cases of immediate harm.

You retain all rights to data you upload or generate while using Meetrays. We store and process it only as needed to operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You can export your data or delete your account at any time.

We aim for high availability but we don't offer a contractual uptime SLA on the standard plan. If you need an SLA, contact us about enterprise terms.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via email and posted here.
