- What's actually unlimited?
- Members. Teams. Event types. Bookings. Workflows. Calendar connections. Embeds. There are no soft caps and no usage tiers — pay one price, ship.
- How do I get an account?
- Meetrays is invite-only — accounts are provisioned by our team. Email us at hello@meetrays.com with your team size and use case and we'll set you up. Members are added by your account owner once you're in.
- How am I billed?
- We invoice $1,000 every 6 months ($2,000/year). Invoices come from us directly with bank transfer or card payment options. No self-serve checkout, no per-seat reconciliation.
- How does this compare to Cal.com Teams or Calendly Teams?
- Both charge per seat (~$12–$20 per user per month). Meetrays is a flat $2,000/year regardless of team size. The break-even point versus Cal.com Teams is around 14 members; versus Calendly Teams it's around 11 members; versus SavvyCal around 9. Beyond that you're saving thousands per year, and the savings compound every time you hire.
- Why bill every 6 months instead of monthly?
- Monthly billing is for tools you might churn out of next week. We're not pretending that's the case here — half-year cycles let us deliver a better product instead of optimizing for monthly retention metrics. If meetrays isn't right for you, we refund you (see below).
- Do you offer enterprise support / SLA?
- Custom SLAs, security review, and dedicated support are available on request. The base plan already includes everything in the product — paying more wouldn't unlock new features.
- Can I get a refund?
- If meetrays isn't right for you within 30 days of your first paid period, we'll refund you in full — no questions, no friction.
